YJZ-2000 U-shaped steel molding machine is mainly used for straightening and bending of mining U-shaped steel. Its biggest feature is that the body and the pumping station are configured separately. One is to greatly strengthen the structural strength of the body, the other is to greatly reduce the damage probability of the pumping station, and the third is to be easy to operate, providing more operating space for the operator and facilitating the use of small rotary arm crane for hoisting of workpieces. If the equipment adopts explosion-proof pumping station, it can be used to make U-shaped steel supports on site. The structure is simple, stable and reliable. The machine is equipped with supporting and rolling frames on both sides, which further reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves production efficiency.
