Product Introduction
WCZ series disassembly machine is a special equipment for disassembly and assembly of hydraulic support column in coal mine. Its main function is to disassemble the guide sleeve of the column and pull the live column out of the cylinder body. It can also install the live column into the cylinder body, screw the guide sleeve into the cylinder body and tighten it according to the technical requirements. It adopts a horizontal structure as a whole, and the main advantage is that it is convenient for the disassembly and lifting of the workpiece and the pulling out of the live column.
This machine adopts the disassembly method of hydraulic motor and auxiliary thrust cylinder, with large initial output torque and high disassembly speed. After the screw is loosened, the disassembly can be continued only by hydraulic motor, thus improving the disassembly speed.
This machine is equipped with a long-stroke mobile cylinder, which can effectively pull out or press into the live column in the column, complete multiple processes at one time, and improve work efficiency. (If the cylinder dismantling machine does not require a long-stroke moving cylinder, it must be explained separately)
