Product Introduction
WCJ series horizontal cylinder removal machine is a special equipment for coal mine hydraulic support column removal. Its main function is to remove the guide sleeve of the column. It adopts horizontal structure as a whole, and its main advantage is to facilitate the hoisting of the workpiece. The equipment adopts the disassembly type of hydraulic motor and auxiliary thrust cylinder, with large initial output torque and high disassembly speed. After the screw is loosened, the disassembly can be continued only by the hydraulic motor, thus improving the disassembly speed.
The tailstock is fixed, the structure is simple and unique, and the height of the cylinder body can be adjusted to ensure the concentricity between the cylinder body and the center of the hydraulic motor.
