Product Introduction
LCZ type vertical dismounting machine is a necessary equipment for the repair of large hydraulic support cylinders in coal mines. Its main function is to rotate the guide sleeve out of the cylinder body, and to load the live column into the cylinder body, to screw the guide sleeve into the cylinder body and tighten it according to the technical requirements. The rotating torque of the machine can be adjusted to effectively avoid the overload damage caused by the hydraulic motor at high pressure, and also ensure the maximum rotating torque when the cylinder is removed and installed.
It adopts the vertical disassembly and assembly method. The biggest advantage is that it solves the problem of seal damage or deformation caused by the vertical extrusion of the seal in the horizontal assembly, and avoids the occurrence of staggered and random buckles, which effectively improves the assembly quality. Vertical disassembly reduces the occupied area of the equipment, and because of its appropriate disassembly and assembly height, easy to observe, the mold disassembly and assembly is more convenient, fast and accurate, and the work efficiency is greatly improved. This machine is a single-mode double-station, which is used for column up and down and disassembly work respectively, and the stations are arranged longitudinally.
This machine can be specially configured according to user needs two cylinder special clamping device, detachable two cylinder, a machine multi-functional, favored by the majority of users.
The disassembly tooling can be customized according to the requirements (the user must provide the model and size of the cylinder), or can be made by the production unit (we provide the size drawings of the connection).
