Product Introduction
LCZ-type vertical double-station dismounting machine is an essential special equipment in the process of manufacturing and maintenance of large diameter or super large diameter fully mechanized hydraulic support column in coal mine. Its main function is to unscrew the guide sleeve from the cylinder body, install the live column into the cylinder body, screw the guide sleeve into the cylinder body and tighten it according to the technical requirements.
This machine adopts vertical disassembly and assembly mode, which has all the advantages of vertical assembly. Moreover, this machine has two assembly stations: one station is used for the assembly of live column and middle cylinder, and the other station is used for the assembly of assembled middle cylinder assembly and cylinder barrel. The structure of the double assembly station avoids the secondary hoisting of the assembled middle cylinder assembly, reduces the hoisting link in the assembly, and greatly improves the safety of the assembly work and effectively guarantees the quality of the equipment. The assembly efficiency has also been greatly improved.
This machine is not only one more station than ordinary single-station vertical dismounting machine, but also fundamentally changes the assembly process of large-diameter or super-large-diameter fully mechanized hydraulic support double telescopic column.
