Product Introduction
The jack assembly machine is a special equipment specially designed for jack manufacturers and maintenance bases. It uses a low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor to rotate and can complete the assembly of the jack piston rod pressed into the cylinder barrel and the thread guide sleeve. The equipment is divided into single-station and multi-station, of which the eight-station jack assembly machine is the most prominent. It is equipped with eight-station workstations, of which four stations are equipped with jacks with cylinder length less than 600mm, and the other four stations are equipped with jacks with cylinder length greater than 600mm. Multiple jacks can be placed at one time for continuous assembly, which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also greatly improves work efficiency.
